The Nike Dunk Low PRM Halloween (2021) features a glow-in-the-dark translucent rubber outsole and black leather overlays with tonal graphics that illuminate in the dark. The upper is made of off-white leather with a Starfish orange synthetic leather Swoosh. The design includes a spider graphic on the tongue, collar lining, and insole. The shoe also has a Sail leather upper with black overlays, orange Swooshes, and subtle glow-in-the-dark eye graphics. The Halloween-inspired design is completed with a woven tongue tag.
